Security issue is one of the major concerns of 360Surprise. We are concern on customers’ privacy and would not disclose any of customers’ information to any unauthorized third party. Customers’ information would be collected and stored by 360Surprise for a certain period for future use. The collection of information is only for the usage of transaction completion as well as updating our customers on the latest promotion.

Substitution Policy

In the event of non-availability, 360Surprise reserved the right to substitute the flower, green, basket and other decorative materials used in flower arrangement with the same or better quality..

Pricing Policy

Prices set would change accordingly in the event of festive season eg Valentine’s Day, due to the shortage of fresh flower supply leading to increased cost; our product price will be revised.  Payment is non-refundable upon the succeed of transaction.
