Our online flowers delivery services are available approximately all the area in Klang Valley for FREE on weekdays. Additional RM30 for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday Delivery
*Same day delivery is subject to availability; please contact our customer service @ 03-7982 4553, additional surcharge of RM20 will be imposed for same day delivery.
Redelivery and Redirection Charges
RM30 would be charged for redelivery or redirection flowers delivery services. Money would not be returned if the order is being canceled after attempting to deliver to intended recipient. If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, original bouquet would be replaced by another new and fresher bouquet to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality gifts are sent to the recipients and charged accordingly.
Any late flowers delivery would not be liable by 360Surprise if it is caused by the following circumstances
- Recipient is not reachable at specified time and date.
- Inaccurate or incomplete data provided
- Address
- Online flowers delivery date
- Recipient name and contact number
